I wish I could give 10 stars. They got a stain out of my favorite hoodie, a sweatshirt that my alma mater no longer makes and they fixed a zipper on a special dress that I definitely thought was not repairable. I'll never take my stuff anywhere else!

[Initial Review 2-stars] Brought two pairs of pants to be taken in. They did well on one but the other one they took it in too much and the butt was weird. They offered to fix it but it only made it worse. [Update] The owner called. Doug was extremely pleasant and we have come to a resolution. Really appreciate the care the owner extended; makes you want to return.
