I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Urban Law firm to set up a trust to protect my assets and have him review a will I had drafted from an online template. After his thorough examination, it became clear that my original will would not hold up in court due to several loopholes. Thankfully, Mr. Urban stepped in and helped draft separate wills for both me and my wife, which I hadn’t realized were necessary. He also assisted us with critical documents, including a General Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Advance Directive for medical and surgical treatment, as well as instructions for the disposition of my body and services. Mr. Urban was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, providing clear guidance on personal questions and ensuring the process was both painless and informative. His friendly demeanor and ability to deliver peace of mind for both my wife and children were invaluable.
