When I neared retirement age, a friend recommended Trozan Insurance for my Medicare understanding. They have taken care of me, since the first call. I work with Amy. Amy Kilbera, licensed independent insurance agent with Trozan Insurance, is a Medicare health plans guru. I have always done my own research, plan comparisons, etc., when Medicare annual enrollment time came around. Since the plan I had was being discontinued at year's end, instead of trying to find a new plan on my own I decided to try her services for finding new Medicare coverage. Am I glad I did! She saved me a lot of time and energy, not to mention stress. After determining what coverage was important to me, she presented several plans to consider. We reviewed them and I was able to choose confidently. Amy is outstanding; knowledgeable, fast, and a good communicator. I will certainly use her services again.
