Inspiring concept! Delicious take home food as well as a small cafe. I enjoyed my meal- soup was perfect on a cold day. I will be back! For food and classes! TYSM for being in this community!

Been to this place quite a few times, mostly takeout. Love their pastries like queenets with different fillings, mouse cranberry chocolatine, coconut soup, and the king cake. Quiche and mushroom friand are OK. I can make the same type of crêpe at home. Yule logs are Ok. I tried it once. Maybe because I'm used to a different type of yule logs before so they might taste good to you. I don't like the fact that they make customers bring their own bags when picking up togo orders or else you have to pay for the bags. I have never seen any restaurants/bakeries do that granted CO has the law for shoppers at groceries and departmemt stores to bring own bags. I like the owner's (Bladine) frequent emails so I can see special food products they introduce each month and special events they have. These pics are the king cake and little porcelain trinket inside.

Absolutely delicious! Had the Brie Benedict croissant sandwich for breakfast (daughter had the breakfast croissant) and it was exactly what I'd hoped for. Delicious creamy Brie with the tang of the béarnaíse sauce perfectly balanced the ham and tomato. The croissant was amazingly delicate, buttery yet airy, and flakey-exactly how a croissant should be. I had mine warmed at the shop - it could have used just a tad bit more warming for the Brie in the middle of the sandwich. Had a queenet with lemon curd for dessert... Next time I'd like to try the cinnamon creme inside. Thursdays look like some delicious breakfast deals. So many things I'd like to try and this will definitely be an object of my craving in the future.

The absolute best place for French food anywhere near Colorado Springs! When I'm craving a *real* French croissant (or other treats!), this is where I go. Also, there's a delicious market where they sell frozen prepared foods. I'm a big fan of the pizza dough to go! I LOVE that they do crepes on Thursdays! They are prepared authentically, which is hard to find. I want to try all of them!
