I hosted a birthday party for my wife in Newport Beach but had to plan it from our home in Chicago. These guys were fabulous. They had an extensive and creative menu to choose from. They had worked with the venue which helped because they knew each other. They were prompt at responding, flexible in the timing, and pretty responsive. But the set-up, presentation, and food quality were phenomenal. When we walked into the space, my eyes teared. It was beautiful - especially the appetizer table. Everything they served was delicious. We could not have been happier. The waitstaff were friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things. Use them!!!!

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Taylor Made Cuisine. I used TMC for my wedding catering, cake included! We did a buffet style dinner, and even their buffet setup was premium and elevated. Their attention to detail makes them well suited for any event. We had a handful of guests go back for a second plate, and we received compliments about this being some of the best wedding food our guests have had, and how tender and flavorful the chicken was. Their team communicates quickly and efficiently, and they kindly made adjustments along the way and rose to the occasion of flexible wedding day schedules. I already have my next event booked with them, I foresee using Taylor Made Cuisine going forward for my catering needs.

We used them at our large apartment community resident event. It was for these fun mini-pancake skewers, different toppings, fruit, etc. It was so well organized and our servers were top notch. They arrived right on time and were fun to work with. All our residents who attended were very happy & satisfied with the portioning. We plan to use them again for our next event!

TMC catered a large family party at my home, after my grandson’s baptism. I found TMC very easy to work with, and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The day of our event, Beatrice showed up at our house, right on time, to set up everything while we were at the baptism. Upon returning to our home, everything was beautifully set up. All our guests loved the food. Beatrice did a fantastic keeping an eye on everything as the day progressed. You can’t go wrong with Taylor Made Cuisine!
