I am a life-long State Farm customer but am new to Steve Basler as my agent. I just finished working with Hannah Burd at Steve's office to get an additional car insured, and have had a great experience with her! I called from the dealership last week and she answered all my questions, then followed up with me yesterday. I did not have all the information with me at the time (e.g. the VIN number), and asked if she could call me back today, and sure enough, she called back today and took care of getting the car insured, answered more questions, and was just generally very pleasant and friendly to work with. She even offered to help set up an appointment directly with me and my agent when I told her that I had not been able to meet with him one-on-one in the past despite my best efforts. I am grateful for her superior customer service and follow-up to get my car insured and meet with my agent regarding my other coverages.
