Great Food! Great Service too! In an effort to help my in-laws stay independent and in their own home as they age, we knew we needed to find a good resource for healthy home delivered meals that didn’t require cooking. We tried a few of the common companies you get advertisements in the mail for. But they were awful. Luckily we found Sparrow and my in-laws have raved about how great the food has been! The service is also exceptional, and the team at sparrow has been easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I use this service for meals. I was challenged with not having the mobility and energy I used to have and was opting to order take out rather than cook, which began to get very expensive. I looked into meal services and tried a few, but most could not cook well reliably, or could not be flexible to my family's varied dietary needs. Sparrow Solutions makes a lot of diverse food that meets my high standards without getting repetitive. The offerings are flexible and seem to be tailorable to a variety of dietary needs. In addition, they are receptive to substitutions and modifications, and do these very well.

We finally found a healthy option for heat and eat meals, that our parents are truly enjoying. We had tried several larger national food delivery companies, which may have been healthy options, but our parents did not enjoy the dinning experience. Now, my father asks me each week “are you sure these are low sodium” which is indirectly a great compliment to the cooking staff at Sparrow Kitchens! We were struggling to find healthy, heat and eat meals for our elderly parents. Especially ones that they enjoyed eating. Sparrow solved that issue and have been such a valuable partner over the past many months! Their weekly food options have lots of variety and are delivered like clockwork!
