My family & I always have pleasant experiences at this bank. The workers are very kind, friendly, and professional. They've also offered advice & made wonderful suggestions when we didn't know much about IRAs, the programs offered to O.C. teachers etc. , and more. We also appreciate the banking times. Some banks have shorter hours, making this bank really convenient & it's in a nice area, so you could also get some shopping/ errands done.

With that in mind, I want to extend my gratitude to Cat for the phenomenal customer service and professionalism I experienced 9/6/2024. Cat exceeded my expectations to ensures all my questions and concerns were addressed. She even offered great tips and resources for me to check out and utilize. This entire branch was so warming and welcoming. Even after Cat finished assisting me, I continued to receive outstanding customer service when I was opening up an additional account. I came in and was greeted by 2 ladies in the front and headed to the teller line. The teller was very nice and efficient. Great service overall!

I had to go in today because I needed to pay rent without an ID, debit card, or phone. Yesenia directed me to the teller who asked my a few identifying questions to be able to get cash, checks, and new debit card. They were very helpful during my excruciating circumstances. I am very grateful for their friendly and solution-oriented customer service staff. Since moving from Wellsfargo for a few years, I've been quite happy with Schoolsfirst as a bank and this location as my primary location.
