I live in Marblehead , and I do frequent the small branch in town. However, I still do go to the Swampscott office when I am in the area of Vinnin Square. As usual, everyone in there is wonderful, and always professional, and extremely pleasant to speak with. The drive-through part of the bank is great! Highly recommend all Salem Five branches!!!! I just want to say that I have been going to Salem Five for a long time.(45 years), and I will always be a customer at this bank. RECENT UPDATE: 05/24/24. My little dog,Brady,& I paid a visit to our Marblehead branch ..Always a pleasure to visit,& the staff employees are absolutely wonderful! Cannot do enough to help me. Brady gets treated like a little king, and loves to visit. Totally efficient and professional are they, always giving me help with any issues I have. I am so very fortunate to have the Marblehead branch across the street from my home. How lucky can one get?

I recently called the Salem Five Swampscott location with a question about my account and was greeted by Hari. I requested to be transferred to customer service, as I know that's often necessary due to security protocols. However, Hari kindly offered, “Let me see if I can help you first.” This level of service goes beyond training—it reflects genuine care and initiative. Hari not only saved me time by addressing my concern on the spot but also went above and beyond by resolving the issue and crediting a fee on my account. Exceptional service like this truly enhances the customer experience. Hari is a great example of what outstanding customer support looks like. She should be training others.
