I recently went to Salem Five for an SBA backed commercial loan to purchase a business. I was incredibly impressed with the bank, and dealt with Bob Hanson (The Assistant Vice President) and Toni Chronin (On-site SBA representative) who were both beyond fantastic. They took a process that was very complicated and made it as easy as possible. In addition, Bob was able to connect me with all the right people who I needed as a new business owner. Thank you Salem Five for doing such an incredible job. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a business loan.

The people who work at this bank are very nice. I think it's because their corporate offices are all located right near by so they're all like extra professional and super friendly at this location.

I really enjoy using this SALEM FIVE BANK branch. The tellers are so friendly and helpful.I never have to wait in line for any great length of time for any of the offered services. The automatic coin counter is a great amenity..
