The Cellar Spotlight Join us at RPM Italian for The Cellar Spotlight, featuring monthly selections of exclusive wines by the glass poured from our collection of magnum and jeroboams wines. Every Tuesday evening, our wine teams in Chicago, DC, and Las Vegas uncork rare, large-format bottles specifically selected to pair with our hand-made pastas. June pours include Cordero di Montezemolo, Barolo, 2018; I Greppi, “Greppicante”, Bolgheri Rosso, 2020; and Borgogno, “No Name”, 2020.
