The only place in Los Angeles where I feel comfortable having my favorite clothing dry cleaned. The are friendly , quick , and dona fantastic job, especially with very delicate pieces. I think you get what you pay for and they take extreme care when cleaning my garments.

It's really nice to know that some things - that have been around a long time - NEVER change! Like quality service... Ritz Cleaners was my "go to" cleaners in Hancock Park for 12 years when I lived in the neighborhood. I purchased a cashmere bathrobe as a Christmas gift and (sadly) it arrived in unpresentable condition. I fretted over what to do to resolve my dilemma. Then, I remembered all the times that Ritz saved me & I drove from DTLA to Larchmont to leave the problem in their trusty hands. I picked up the robe today and I am DELIGHTED! Their work is impeccable. Much thanks to Raj, Dylan, Judy and everyone for this little "Christmas miracle". I'm thrilled to have reconnected with them and will not hesitate to trek the distance again for their superb work.

Don’t bother going anywhere else. Raj and his team handle all types of garments, rugs, drapes….they’ve basically cleaned everything in my house (I have a new puppy) and they do a superb job. I’ve trusted couture-level coats and dresses with Ritz at the suggestion of the boutiques (they use Ritz). The work isn’t cheap by any means but if you want the highest quality and an attention to detail that is bar none Ritz is the place.

the staff are lovely, the service is prompt and efficient. from minor alterations, stain removal and repairs to much loved garments, they do an exceptional job and I recommend Ritz to everyone.
