My PC stopped turning on after trying to upgrade my RAM. I mistakenly took it to Geek Squad on Sunday at noon. They told me I probably would need a new hard drive. They would look at it and call me in a couple hours. They never called. By Monday at noon they hadn't even looked at it. My friend recommended I take my computer to Reliable Computer. They took me in immediately and fixed my issue in 15 minutes. No new hard drive. I had just installed too much RAM too quickly.

They took thorough care in parsing my issue with professionalism. They didn't just look at it for 5 minutes, find a single issue and said that's all. instead they sat there, spent a good 3 hours recreating every issue I reported in multiple different ways, diagnosed the issue and then called me and explained to me precisely what is wrong. That is quality service. For now, I give 4 stars because the issue is still underway and operations to repair my PC are ongoing. If the problem is resolved with no issue, I will update to 5 stars. If not and I have to come back, it will stay at 4. You see, the amount of true effort put in towards their customers shows a level of passion and professionalism that I highly appreciate. Edit* I think I found my permanent go-to repair specialists.

Brought in a broken hp chromebook to be repaired , spoke to dan & another fella and was told unfortunately its unrepairable. Didnt even charge me for the diagnostic since no repairs could be made ! Great guys great customer service ! 10/10
