SERIOUSLY BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! This credit union is absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone is super nice. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua. He was knowledgeable, friendly and overall informative. I had no prior experience with a credit union let alone inquiring about a loan. The process was super easy with him and he answered any questions I had. Have been banking with OCCU pretty much my whole life, always happy with the efficiency and customer service in this branch (as well as the Yorba Linda branch). The ATM at this location has a tendency to not take deposits after hours though (has happened to me a handful of times now), which has been really inconvenient to me since I need this money in my account, I hope you guys can get it fixed soon.

Wow my girl got a good refinance approval at a pretty good good interest rate compare to other financial institutions or with no luck, here she got the approval instant… and the service by Yessenia was exceptional.. I decently recommend this credit union.
