I've been with this bank for decades. Personal service always. A person answers the phone to direct your call. Customers and bank staff on a first name basis. I would never go anyplace else. Thanks NGB. You're the best.

Had trouble with a new debit card (not theirs) which ate my card. We called the bank and got the quickest and most attentive service possible. They held by card at the main bank and together we tried the card there where they could retrieve it immediately if it was eaten again. Worked fine. Especially for a bank I do not use regularly, they could not have been more immediately helpful. Highly recommend!
