I love this Credit Union! I wish I could say I have banked with this Credit Union for years but I am only about a year in. In that time I have been beyond happy with the customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and the unbeatable rates. I have a loan and a car loan through this Credit Union now and I did a lot of research and looked into MANY other institutions before reaching out to this one. They have been able to offer me and my family with significantly better interest rates and terms. They are amazing! I am so grateful I found this company and plan to use them for many years to come!

Overall service wonderful. Caution if you have a medical condition requiring a mask. The security officer has no sympathy and will treat you like a criminal. I understand need for security but courtesy and respect for member customers is lacking.

Applied for a loan here. It was a really simple process they got back within a day and approved me without any trouble. It was harding finding a bank willing to work with me as a young adult, especially for an auto loan. The loan officer was on top of things and worked in my best interest. The staff was also polite greeted me well and had great hospitality. Awesome credit union, definitely look forward to work with them in the future. Definitely recommend for first time buyers or borrowers. Can't thank these people enough. 5 stars.

Needed help with the new updated app, called in and spoke to Regina, she was extremely helpful, stayed on the phone and guided me through the steps and was very clear with the instructions. It is not everyday that you call a business and you get this kind of professionalism, iv seen enough give her a raise(lol)
