Todd is exceptional. He is responsive and genuinely cares about his clients having good coverage. I'm very choosy with my insurance brokers and agents I work with. I used to work in insurance, and tend to have higher standards than most. I really prefer brokers who focus on retention and policy maintenance, rather than just new business. I also require an agent whom makes sure coverage is appropriate for the household, not just meeting legal liability limits. This is Todd, 100%! Great customer service here!

I’ve used a few insurance/broker companies in the past including Mile high, I’ve also left them to find better rates and the time I did that I was left unhappy with the service I received so I came back to Mile high insurance.
