I started working with David when he was still based out of Colorado. I immediately love the attention to detail, the time he took to speak to me on the phone and how quickly he followed up with me if I had a question. Your benefits will always be the most important thing to him. Now I have been working with Michelle and she is amazing. Always and calls back and is SO very detailed oriented when finding the best policies for you. The last spreadsheet she sent to compare insurance companies was very easy to understand and she went through it with me on the phone step by step. Cannot recommend these guys enough. As long as they are in business, my insurance needs are covered. One thing off the list.

I've been with David and the team for years and am just now getting to this review, which is a shame because I could have wrote it from the first year we worked with him (sorry Dave!!). Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour! I honestly don't know how people do it without help from a team like this. We've had 3 major claims in the last five years and I know what got us through, what could have been an insurance nightmare, was the Lone Tree team. Thank you guys, we really appreciate you!!
