My bank is wonderful but does not do auto loans. I was referred to LBS and they have been phenomenal. The process is easy, streamlined and if they have questions, an actual human being calls you, not AI or a detached customer service person. I have referred tons of people to LBS. Its refeshing to have a human being I can call and same day, get what I need.
