Before I ever started looking for a lawyer to take my federal case I did a lot of research and talking to people to find out who would be a good one. Reading the reviews they were very mixed but I could tell all in all he was very successful in winning cases. Fred is a lawyer that does all kinds of law and is a very busy man and the fact that he took my case shows that he has confidence that he can win it. For what I understand he doesn't take a case if he isn't confident that he could win it. My experience with him has been going on for about 2 years and yes I don't get phone calls or talk to him too much because he has what he needs. When he does call me to get something for him or to help him out with something I can see that he's working hard on my case. Not hearing from him just means is he still working on it as well as many many other cases. I get a call about every couple months asking me to get some records and that's good enough for me. Fred is a very good lawyer and I believe then in the end I will win. Which wouldn't be able to get done without him. So I have to have my faith and trust in this man to make his money too. So I just wanted to thank him for the hard work he is doing. What I see Fred Newell is a winner. And if you picked him for your lawyer no matter how you may feel about his dry personality he will win and isn't that really what counts.?? Patience that's what this whole process is about.
