Anthony helped me with the process of creating an LLC. He was knowledgeable and very helpful prior to any work even starting to understand what work was needed, provide guidance on which path to take in terms of setting up the entity during that process, and made adjustments as necessary to fit my unique case. Not being a lawyer myself, it’s hard to judge the legal efficacy of his work product, but based on my interactions with him throughout and his responses to all my questions, there is no reason to believe that the LLC is properly formed with all the needed provisions for my case (though, as with all businesses, the best case is that it never has to be tested in court). All of his answers to my questions were prompt and assuaged my concerns. I would have no qualms with seeking Anthony’s expertise with business entity formations in the future.
