Denise has been our insurance agent for several years. We switched to her when our previous insurance agent for our business often took several days and even a few times, several weeks to get back to us. Denise has been the complete opposite. She is extremely prompt at answering the phone, returning emails, and sending out COIs. This is instrumental in a business setting such as ours. The rates she’s offered are always competitive, but she also makes sure that we have the proper coverage. We’ve found in the past that other agents will offer a super low rate only to find out later that you really aren’t covered should anything happen. After a year or so of Laine insurance covering out business, we also switched all of our personal accounts including multiple vehicles and homeowners over to her because of her amazing service. I highly recommend Denise and Laine Insurance!!!!
