The staff in Downey and Pasadena have always been very kind and accommodating to me and more importantly, my father! On numerous occasions have taken down the walls that other banks put up! My father will be 91 in a few days and remembers the good ol days of community banking where you were more than an account....you truly were an asset! I know banking has changed with impersonal online attention. When you do call, you don't know even know where you are calling and they definitely do not know who you are, or your needs....you are a number! Not at HomeStreet , Simplicity, Kaiser Federal....have been with them for over 15 years! Thank You HomeStreet for the service and especially taking care of my father with the service of yesteryear !
