I really appreciate the people here, I was rear ended in September and the insurance company was entirely impossible to get a hold of but after calling the great people at Goss & McLain they put the pressure on the company and got things moving and worked with the company for me, they made what started as a terrible experience with the accident and insurance company much better. It's so great to have a local person you can actually sit down and discuss options with I'll always be an advocate for insurance agencies like theirs because the peace of mind knowing you have a real person you know who is on your side and will work on your behalf, who knows the system and can suggest solutions is priceless!

Need something faxed to registry. Girls were @ lunch. Explained, needed now. Was faxed over right away! Very appreciated!! Took time out of her lunch break for a customer of many yrs! Otherwise would have had 86yr old man waiting around longer than he already had @ the registry.. thank u!
