I want to share about a very good experience I had during a visit to the Lakewood Branch of Farmers and Merchants Bank with a problem I was having because I needed a certified check in order to secure a lease. Mr. Larry Kirk noticed me looking around for someone assist me and he was very helpful. He walked me to a tellers window and explained to the nice lady my issue and she went right to work. She asked me if I had an account and I answered no. My answer was not a deterrent to her. She went to work solving my problem. The branch manager, Gerry came over and introduced himself and let me know that they could solve my problem. As I mentioned before, I don’t have an account at FMB but they treated me like I was a longtime customer. In today’s busy and crazy business environment it is so nice to be able to go to place and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Thanks FMB, Lakewood.

Excellent customer service and a culture that is old school & client-centric. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are their only client. I have a small business & incorporated. The folks at Farmers have been very helpful and walked me though the processes... highly recommend !
