Established in 1992. The Dairy Arts Center was founded in 1992 to provide cooperative workspaces for local artists and venues for live performance in Boulder County. Originally owned by the Watts-Hardy Dairy, the building's transformation from a former milk-processing facility to a thriving multi-disciplinary arts hub for Boulder and beyond is a nationally recognized example of constructive urban development and renewal.

Venue offers a variety of performances, exhibits and classes. A great venue for the arts in Boulder. Beverages and snacks available in the main lobby and art all around. Prices for events are reasonable and the content can often be thought provoking.

Every now and then we enjoy spending an evening with Boulder's arty folks. The Dairy Arts Center is the perfect place to do that. For example, we recently enjoyed a wonderful play in the Grace Gamm Theater there, which is just one venue at the Center. There is a large art gallery space as well. On theatre nights, one can also take advantage of the wine bar. Our only quibble is that parking is inadequate and the overflow parking at neighboring office buildings is a bit of a walk, especially during wintery weather.

A fine ballet, arts, and social complex. We have been to many varied events here and always find the atmosphere and programming outstanding. They have the largest selection of alcohol I have ever seen at an arts venue.
