I recently purchased a new vehicle that had to be financed through the manufacturer to be eligible for current rebates. The interest rate was high but there was no penalty for refinancing the loan, so after a few months I reached out to the Credit Union of Denver to refinance. I've been a member for many years and the process could not have been easier. I filled out an online application. Verified a few questions and provided some information by email. Within a few days I was approved with a lower rate, delayed payment if I wanted and cash back for transferring my loan. I had the choice of closing in person or online, with my work schedule, online was much more convenient. It took less than a week for my loan to be paid off and transferred after approval. It was all very easy and quickly handled. Ricky handled the initial application process and was very helpful making sure all the questions and information needed on both sides was collected and provided in a timely manner. I am terrible with names, but everyone else I dealt with was very helpful and professional through closing. I would definitely recommend Credit Union of Denver for an initial auto loan or refinance of a current loan. Their rates and terms are competitive, in my case MUCH better than others, and very easy to work with throughout the process.

Barb at the Alameda branch deserves all 5 stars! She helped me work through an issue about printing E statements before the upgrade that was happening. She was so kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. She's awesome!

Excellent! Everyone forgets the people who help us at the stores, banks, etc. are humans too. Grace and patience go a long way and CU Denver has always communicated what’s happening with my accounts. I appreciate them and the new website stuff that came out. Keep up the good work!

It allowed me to plan ahead and ensure I was set for any concerns that might come up during the upgrade. Things always happen during huge overhauls like this no matter how many time you plan all the scenarios. Thank you for communicating with your members and allowing me to plan ahead. CUD is the best!
