Communication was outstanding, support was amazing and so appreciated and they were truly a class act throughout the entire process. Leslie Garner was the one who oversaw the whole process but everyone in the office was able to step in and help so that I was never left without communication. Katie was outstanding in coordinating all the documents and fielding my questions. They have an online secure portal that made submission of documents and keeping track of the timeline very easy. I can't speak highly enough of this team of professionals. I feel like I have some new friends!

For many years I have worked with Cornerstone Mortgage and purchasing homes. I have always been able to work with highly knowledgeable and communicative Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants. In late 2024, I again reached out to Cornerstone to procure a mortgage for a home, and again I am met with exceptional service and support from Cornerstone. In particular I want to call out Justin and Steph in the Fort Collins Colorado location. Working with Justin and Steph made for an easy path from pre-qualifying to signing the final loan documents at the title company. They were both amazing at information sharing, education, answering my endless questions, and setting clear and direct expectations during the entire process. I can't recommend enough that Cornerstone as an org is great, and that Justin and Steph are astounding to work with.
