I am leaving a 5 star review for Rachael (or perhaps it’s spelled Rachel) who is at the front desk by the door and also Ian the banker as well as the branch. It was an absolutely joy to go to the bank today on Sep 9. Rachel greeted me really kindly and helped me every step of the way with opening an account. She was very kind and patient, and welcomed me warmly and answered all my questions as well as asked if she could help in any way which was very attentive and gracious, she is an exceptional representative! I am really grateful she worked with the banker Ian who is also exceptional so that I could be seen today to open an account. It didn’t seem like it was going to work out in the beginning to issues with app on my phone and the busyness / wait time today but this branch did everything possible to serve and help for and I was seen much more quickly than I thought, I am especially touched by the attentiveness of Rachel and Ian. What a gift ! Thank you ! God bless you. The banker Ian was really kind and helped me to start the account both with great care and efficiency, which was really amazing.
