I had been actively trying to buy a car for the past few months, and the hassle of driving around, getting quotes, and dealing with all the different sales people was starting to get to me. I knew the kind of car I wanted but I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. I saw an ad for the auto square's free concierge service, and gave them a call. The guy I talked to had info about different brands and different options, but the big thing was he set me up with the dealerships. I was skeptical at first, but he scheduled appointments for me and made it easy to test drive all the models I was looking at. It was pretty cool, for once I had the power, any time I felt pressure to buy, I reminded them about my schedule and I was on to my next appointment. By the end of it I knew which car I wanted. I reached out to my guy at the concierge, he connected me with the owner at the Honda dealership, and I got a great deal! I don't know why all dealerships aren't doing this, but I'll definitely be using them again.

I bought my last vehicle from the Chevrolet dealership in the Cerritos Auto Square. I would highly recommend it. The dealerships there are so big, it seems like they sell more cars and operate on a higher level. I had a good experience with the salesperson, Leah. The only downside was the process took a bit of a long time.
