Carl Marx & Associates, 6 out of 5 stars. Carl made the difference in saving us a significant amount of money with coverage better aligned to our needs. I was using esurance and thought the ability to change my own coverage at will was a benefit along with what I expected to be better rates. After several years I thought my rates were out of sync with the industry and had Carl quote my auto and home policies. Not only was I significantly over paying, the coverages I had were not in sync with what I needed. He was able to quote both home and auto with coverages that would benefit me more than my esurance coverage, and in addition added an umbrella policy that would help protect us financially. We have more coverage, in the right places, and even he was surprised that it saved us a significant amount of money. It took a significant effort on Carl's part to create the package, go through the details of what we needed, and provide a quote. It was well worth his efforts as the benefits were seen on our side, and he now has our business. Fast forward a couple more months and we were affected by a hit and run driver. Carl provided simple and sound guidance for working our claim through American Family with information on what we needed to provide, and it resulted in receiving a better payment for our wrecked vehicle having the knowledge to know we should share our maintenance history of the vehicle with the claims adjuster.

Carl Marx and Team with American Family Insurance is the best. I have been with American Family for 20 years now. They always take their members needs into account. They don't attempt to upsell their members to sign up for un-needed insurance. My agent is Susan Gross, she keeps an eye of my coverages and gives me call ensure that all is well. Recently, I purchased a new home and everyone how who stressful that is. She relieved me alot of stress by talking to the Tite Company to make sure all insurance paperwork has been successfully completed. Carl impowers his Team to take care of their members.
