I had an excellent experience with Mike from Capital One! He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful in resolving all of my issues. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed. His friendly attitude and dedication to customer service really stood out. Thanks, Mike, for going above and beyond! The baristas at the Capital One Café are fantastic! They’re always friendly, efficient, and make excellent drinks. Whether I’m grabbing a quick cup on the go or sitting down to enjoy a latte, the service is consistently top-notch. They take the time to get my order just right and create a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by for great coffee and great service!

Where are the bagels, Please offer bagels! Its actually a nice place. Lots of variety without being overwhelming, pretty decent decor, relaxing, friendly staff. Basically, its what starbucks USED to be before it got bad. Again though, how about the option for a bagel with cream cheese?

I went to the capital one cafe to do a withdrawal because I didn’t have my debit card. I was met with the most sweetest and sincere young woman ever. Julia was such a pleasure to work with and she made my entire day! She went the extra mile for me in every way she could and I really appreciated that. Please invest in her future at this company, she is amazing!

Clean cafe with clean restrooms. Staff was so friendly! We parked at Whole Foods (did our shopping) and walked over to this cafe to pick up a quick coffee and walk back to our car. There are a couple of paid street parking spots in front of the cafe but they are always taken.
