Established in 1990. The story begins in the upstairs bedroom of one of the firm's three founding partners. Immediately after graduating law school and passing the Michigan Bar Exam, our firm's partners filed suit against one of the "Big 3" automakers. Around the same time, another "Big 3" automaker sued our firm as an attempt to prevent future litigation from us. Eventually, we grew out of the confines of a home and moved to a nearby commercial location in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan. Since then, we have expanded to Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and California. All three of the firm's founding partners still actively manage and practice lemon law. We maintain our small business "attitude" by making our clients our first priority. We remember what it feels like to be sued by a major automotive manufacturer, and take pride in representing your best interests in a lawsuit.
