I am compelled to write a positive review for this organization and its staff. So many complaints of being assigned a Bellco car loan by people who need to be reminded they owe money. By law, not the institutions’ responsibility. You accepted the loan because it was the lowest and fairest interest rate! Go back to the institutions that charge you double for every little interaction! I too was introduced to Bellco through my truck loan but I didn’t sit on my backside waiting for a notice to pay. This world is filled with dissatisfied people wanting others to pamper them. The staff at Sloan Lake branch are superb individuals that will bend over backward to help you. All my business is with Bellco now. I don’t miss the ‘too big to fail’ banks one bit!

My husband and I have used this branch for at least 8 years and paid off one of our cars through them. We got a good rate and even refinanced and had zero problems making our payments. The app and online banking has always been extremely easy to use. Everyone here has always been nice and professional.. this location should have a higher rating.

Stopped in today for a cashiers check and worked with Fatima to get the process done. Fatima is FABULOUS at her job!! She was helpful, informative and kind. This location deserves five stars!!
