This BoA is Amazing for lack of better words. The staff is amazing goes above and beyond for you, knows you by name, knows your kids. Takes the time and understands what your needs are as an individual/family/business. Its all around the best bank Ive ever been to. Klara and Trevor are wonderful! Even though Bank of America is a large financial institution, you have the feel of a local community bank here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. Thank you for your great customer service.

I highly recommend this bank with a five-star rating. I reside in NJ and do not bank with Bank of America. Travis, who assisted my non-English-speaking brother in setting up a new account, was exceptionally kind and professional. I approve for non-customer of Bank of America to open an account and do business.

The BofA on Cabot st in Beverly is a really amazing branch- definitely my favorite. The people who work there are always kind, and go out of their way to be helpful. Most recently, Susan, who was so patient and helpful. She went out her way to teach me how to better work on my credit score, among others things. At bigger banks and other branch locations, can be impatient and impersonal. I never get that feeling with this branch. I’ve had interactions with pretty much everyone who works there, they really feel like a unique team of people, especially in terms of skills and personal interactions. A big thank you, to Susan! And, everybody else who has been so helpful and kind over the last couple years!
