Jennifer and her team have been awesome. I originally switched from a different Allstate agent because of a lack of responsiveness, and Jennifer has been the complete opposite! She has swiftly helped me with every issue I've dealt with since becoming my agent and in the most friendly manner. Lets be honest - dealing with insurance issues is never fun, so to have someone in your corner going to work for you and making it as easy as possible is invaluable. I also switched banks at one point and missed a payment because I forgot to change my autodraft account information (there are always so many things to remember!!). Jennifer's office called me promptly after the missed payment to let me know so we could resolve it before it became an issue. Such great customer service! I recommend Jennifer Harms to anyone looking for an insurance agent!

Why Jennifer doesn't have 5/5 (I guess 4.5 is if you're rounding) is beyond me. You want an agent focused on protecting you, your assets, and loved ones? There is no one else better than her and her agents. Jennifer will take the time to get to know you personally and look out for your best interest. She has a staff that is unparalleled on top of that. Whether I talk to Taylor or Jennifer, without being stereotypical of All-State, I know I'm in good hands. I would recommend Jennifer and her agency (also not just for insurance but also financial services which Leah Vos is amazing!) without reservation. If you think you can do better, I would suggest you try, then you'll realize I'm not just full of BS.... 5/5 all the way. Feel free to contact me if you want more details too. Best insurance experience I’ve ever had, Jennifer not only has come in 2 - 3 times cheaper than any other company for my motorcycle policy but has also managed to save us money on our renters insurance.
