My husband and I are thrilled beyond belief that we met with Heidi today!!! Not only was she a great listener but she was an extremely talented, efficient person, with a good solid sense of values that made us both feel that we could trust her and that she was not trying to sell us anything. Point in case we left feeling that she truly loves what she’s doing and her goal is to educate her customers and not try to upsell them into something they don’t need. As it turned out, she advised us to stick with our current insurance provider, and gave us specific instructions where we needed to add coverage on some of our policies. She accomplished this by thoroughly going over both home and auto policies and entering all our information into her computer. We left her office knowing two crucial things: One, we weren’t overpaying for the coverage we currently had. Two, we do need to make some adjustments with our agent. Once we do that, we will not be unnecessarily overpaying for our insurance coverage and finally, we will have the peace of mind knowing that in the event we need to initiate a claim, we have adequate coverage. If you are needing an honest assessment of your insurance coverage, we both can absolutely avow that Heidi McBroome is the person you should call and meet. She’s definitely breath of fresh air!
