I am a 59 years old homeowner. I have had homeowners insurance for 35 years now (admittedly not all with Allstate) and this is the first time I have ever had to make a claim. Nothing but good things to say about Allstate. From my insurance rep, to the claims process, the claims rep, the inspector sent to my house... All exceeded expectations. I recently watched a special on 60 minutes regarding home owners insurance and the nightmares that the folks in Florida are faced with when selecting a home owners insurance company or making a claim. So grateful I live in Colorado and have Allstate. Thank you so much for all your help. Definitely feel like I am in good hands ... and "mayhem" is not a concern for me :). thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Michael

I’ve used this insurance agency for over 20 years. When Ed retired and David stepped in, I was pleased I could expect the same level of quality service and attention to detail. Our recent claim experience after a catastrophic hail storm required a new roof has been smooth and easy. David has answered every question promptly and in detail. You know I'm Not A huge Fan of Insurance Companies for a few reasons. But it has completely NOTHING to do with David Adler's office. I have been Insured by them since 2013. Thankfully I haven't had any thing major for most of the time. Well until recently. Like Most of Colorado I got hail Damage on my roof, windows, siding & Gutters. I also have been going through a hardship. David Adler & Jessica helped US sooooooo much. They truly did everything in THEIR power to help me get Corporate to Pay attention to what was going on. I had said that Allstate made me feel like just a Policy Number. BUT David & Jessica made me feel like a human with real life Problems. We are Not untitled to ANYTHING. All we can do is speak up & Advocate for ourselves & hope we have People like David & Jessica everywhere we go. Just Because its a COMPANY problem Doesn't me it's this Offices fault. But if you do have a problem I KNOW this Office will do EVERYTHING they can to help you. Thank You! Thank YOU!!!!! I can't say it enough.

Over a year ago I switched my family from a completely non-responsive and underperforming Allstate Agent to David Adler Allstate and couldn't be happier. 9/10 times when I call, they answer. They are hyper responsive and helpful! David has given excellent guidance on insurance. Our initial meeting was informative, relaxed, and easy. Complete 180 from the previous Allstate agency. I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews, that in no way aligns with my experience, not on any front. I might be overly enthusiastic; it's just the best insurance customer experience I've had in the past 30 years, something I didn't even think was possible this day and age.
