Potted Bromeliad

Price on request 1 item

55,00 $ - 93,00 $ Description Bromeliad – Neoregelia, Vriesea or Guzmania Hybrid: Native to Tropic Americas, there are more than 3500 known species of bromeliads, including pineapples! Most bromeliads are epiphytic, meaning they’d rather spend their life up in the trees vs. growing in soil. *Bromeliads are considered pet friendly. Indoor Care Tips - Most bromeliads thrive in bright indirect light, while some are fine in lower light environments. Since most bromeliads are epiphytic, they prefer to have their roots watered sparingly. Water every 1-2 weeks and if your bromeliad is in a bright location, fill up the tank (inner between leaves) weekly or as needed. If you have access to distilled water, your bromeliad will thank you. *Available in a simple modern ceramic pot (Some of our pots do not have drainage holes at their base). We keep the plastic plant container inside the ceramic pot to maintain drainage and slightly increase humidity for the plants. Please select plant size and pot color. A note on cut flowers and plants: Flowers and plants are highly perishable and require basic care and handling to maintain longevity. Most floral arrangements will look fresh for approximately 5 days. Occasionally some flowers are more perishable than others. If a bloom or two reach the end of their life but the rest are still looking lovely, remove the spent flower and continue enjoying. For best results with cut flowers make sure you keep the water fresh and full. Avoid direct sunlight and heating or AC draft. For live plants- each has a specific set of care tips that will contribute to its survival and longevity. In general plants need light and water to live. Every space is different and plants will react to their surroundings. If you have specific care questions please reach out to us and we can help you. If you received or sent a plant or an arrangement and there is a quality issue upon arrival, please call our shop or email us info@nigellasf.com and we will work to remedy the situation quickly.
